Never had runners but I hear that they are sweet. Enjoy them!

They really are cute

You might want to hunt up some polyvisol and some niacin for them, they look a little weak in their legs, but maybe that's just the photos. I think you can find them both at a Walgreens. Polyvisol are baby vitamin drops - get the kind with no iron and put a drop or two in each ducklings mouth. Also find some niacin tablets and crush one and add it to a gallon of their drinking water.

You can also get the bird version of poly vi sol at Walmart by the critter food.

I would get the vitamins! I had some trouble with a little saxony because of a lack if nutrients. Also make sure you are feeding them non medicated feed. I was using non medicated chick starter, but switched to non medicated game bird starter. I read that the game bird starter is better for them! They are cute! Hold them alot, cause I didn't and mine are a little (alot) scared of me!

We brooded ours in a kiddie size swimming pool and used sand for litter. They are wet little beasts

with the sand the water sinks to the bottom and top stays dryer. It beats changing shavings out every day. Once they got a little bit bigger we wrapped chicken wire around the pool to make the sides higher.

I don't know what color they are...

I am guessing not white because white have yellow feet and beaks..They are sooo cute my daughter and I are holding and playing with them so they are use to us!!!
