First Ducks!

I just picked up my first ducks today! 5 Pekins (4 females and 1 drake), almost 1 year old. They seem super relaxed in my yard poking around in puddles and preening themselves. Oh, looking out the window now it appears that they are all taking an afternoon nap in the middle of the yard

Do you have a predator-resistant housing for them? So many predators go after ducks. I don't want you to be shocked and disappointed, and I want the ducks to be okay, too.

I love it when my ducks lay on the lawn like they don't have a worry in the world. Just has to make you feel good.

And darkstarr nite, thanks for your concern too. I do have a great old chicken coop which is very secure. I also keep pigeons and have a secure coop for them so I am familiar with that part of things.
