I had another wellie start up yesterday. Woot!
Could be a broiler.
Congrats!! How old are they?
So here are my little eggs. From left to right: Sat, Mon, Tues and today - wednesday. Is it possible that they are from te same hen? We have 1 SLW, 3 RIR, 3 EE and 3 Black australorps. I think my BA has been the first to lay with te RIR close behind, the EEs and SLW to follow there after. This is nased on their combs and wattles being brighter in color. What do you think? Same hen or different?
Congrats!! How old are yours? I am impatiently waiting for mine to start, so I am comparing mine to everyone else's age. My girls will be 15 weeks on Sunday.I had another wellie start up yesterday. Woot!
Congrats!
Quote: Mine are breeder quality, so they are a bit slower to mature than those from a hatchery. She is 6 months to the day. (25 1/2 weeks old)
