First egg from light Brahma and roo behavior

So today my light Brahma laid her first egg at 10 mo 1 week old. She was going in and out of the coop from early this morning. Well my rooster kept going in with her and would go over to the nest boxes and climb in. She finally climbed in with him. Then he got out so she got out. This happened a few times. Then the last time he got out but stood right in front of the box for her and she stayed in. Eventually he went in the box next to her. Some of my other pullets came in the coop and checked on her so she got out and went into the box with my roo. Lol. He finally got out and left the coop and she stayed but it was the sweetest thing to watch!!!!

Lol. I have 3 others that started laying around Sept./Oct He was only around 5 mo then so didn't act like this. He has shown my 4 freeloaders the boxes a few times over the last month. Lol
