First egg question

What is the typical age for a bantam Cochin pullet to start to lay? To crow? I have one that I just can't figure out. It acts like a pullet. Has no rooish behaviors at all. But it is reddening in the face and has little wattles and a red comb.

It is almost 4 months old... 15 weeks.

Any ideas, bets, guesses on whether or not it will crow or lay an egg and when?

she seems way smaller then my 13 week old rooster. my 12 week old rooster has these long feathers jutting out from her behind. yours at 16 weeks is less rooster looking then mine is.

Can you post a pic of your bird and the long feathers? I keep looking at adult birds .... Truly confused about this bird!
