My hens are missing feathers

Hi, two of my hens are missing feathers on the back of their wings and under their head, i checked for lice but didn't find any... I'll check again, i do have a rooster but I rarely see him mounting on the 2. They are laying most days but have been bald for a few months. They have no signs of sickness. What should I do? This is the worse of the 2.

Providing them hiding places and clutter helps.They may be deprived of food or water so add both. If this habit continues very long its hard to break them.I always advise people to downsize their flocks first or increase space .I get rid of the bullies but not everyone is willing

I've never noticed bullies, I've noticed one hen pull feathers from my roosters neck. But never the others

My leghorns have yanked the feathers off my legbar roosters crest ever since I got them. They do it on the roost at night. Soon as his crest grows out enough to actually see it they'll yank it back out.If your hen had dark feathers in spots that can cause this behavior too
