I have a hen that is about 19 weeks now, and I think she might lay her first egg soon. I think shes a golden comet/production red, and she hasn't been squatting, but one day I found her in a nest box, but no egg. One of them pooped in an empty one though...
So I think she could lay any day now. Shes the one in my avatar
