First egg started hatching

He died. none of the others have started hatching. Is it to late to make any changes for the others

What are you thinking the problem is? Do you see movement in the eggs still?

I have never seen movement in any of the eggs. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. This is the 2nd time I have tried and have nothing to show for it.

Look for bill poking into air cell. You should be able to hear knocking and peeping too when they aren't resting.
