First Egg Today!! Questions??

Got our first little brown egg today!! A few questions I have are these?

1. Can you eat the little eggs or should you wait a while?

2. How long are the eggs good in the refrigerator??

3. How do I know which chicken to hug??

Eat it and enjoy! They'll last for months in the fridge. Who has the reddest comb and wattles and squats when you get close?

Some people like to blow the first eggs out and eat them scrambled so they can save the shell of that all important first egg.

Dont worry about which one it came from and be happy you havent been waiting since Jan 18.......

I tell ya.......some people......and you should be good to keep them a couple of weeks if you dont wash them.

Just to clarify--They are good on the counter for a couple of weeks (If it's not a 100 in your house and the bloom is still on) but they will keep for months in the fridge
