First egg was soft

My production reds gave me my first egg today but it was soft and had busted. Is this normal, should I be worried, how can I fix this? I just switched them to Layena feed.

When pullets start laying their first eggs you may get soft eggs, small eggs, shell less eggs, "fart" eggs (really, really small eggs) and anything in-between. This may continue for awhile while they sort out their reproductive systems and get the hang of this egg laying business
