First egg...what is normal?

Hello!
I think this is a first egg for one of my chickens and i'm wondering if the smudge of blood on it is anything to worry about. (the smudge is not much but it is more obvious in real life.)

Nope. Perfectly normal. Some get a bit of blood and some don't.

Yep, normal.
You'll get a number of funky eggs with backyard chickens.
Most are not any cause for concern, but can be alarming.

Thanks! I've had some more strange ones since then, but still nothing is better than a backyard chicken egg!

My four girls have been laying for about a month now and ive found some huge eggs and some tiny eggs. The big eggs my girls layed all have been double yolkers.
