First egg? What should I do?

Pullet (Not sure the right term for ducks) eggs are smaller

Same terms are used for juvenile ducks as with juvenile chickens... pullet and cockerel...

Cool. Thanks. And could they make it more confusing? People look at me like I'm crazy when I just use the term ducks for my females since duck and drake are the proper terms.

Very welcome! And I agree! Hen can and is used interchangeably with duck, but I have gotten into some interesting exchanges because of that as well!
