First egg...yaaa

So, today it's official ...all my girls are laying. Some eggs are still a little small, but at last..they are all earning the keep!

Very fresh eggs have basically zero airspace inside, so peeling hard-boiled fresh eggs generally takes the cold water trick mentioned above.
