She is a little over 4 months.

Me too! My girls are 18 weeks and ready... Anticipation is killing me lol

We are new to the backyard chicken experience. Four of our chickens are 19 weeks old and one of them layed their first egg four days ago. We have checked a few times a day since and nothing. When they first start laying, does it take a while for them to get regular?

Exciting!!

We are pretty new to chickens, & still waiting on that first beautiful egg. We only have 4 little ladies, ranging from 13wks-21wks...we could be waiting awhile still

I'm no expert but I feel like it does take a couple weeks to get "regular." After the first egg it was a couple days for another egg. Then one more egg on the fifth. A couple days after that we got another. In an egg shell (haha) we're still waiting for a regular daily egg.
