First egg!

First egg ever! It’s from a BCM or one of 2 Swedish Flower Pullets. All nearly 22 weeks old.

My guess is one of the Swedish, although the bcm has been talking up a storm.

Taken in day light. Might have a slight pink tint in shade. Some blood and manure on it.

I checked all 3 vents. No blood. One Swedish doesn’t like to roost, and had a bit of manure around her vents. My pick.

Wind came through right after my pic and the egg ended up on the deck. Shape was good, shell strong.
