First Egg!

My chicken laid her first egg on wednesday and then she laid another yesterday!

This is my first chicken, so I was really happy when I found the egg. When I went to go give her some more food, I saw a little cream-colored egg laying on the wire floor. I haven't even built a nestbox yet because I didn't think she'd start laying for a while. The eggs are so small; they are about the same size as a pigeon egg. Each one weighs 3/4 of an ounce.
