So yesterday two of my chickens laid there first eggs they were both very soft an mushy shells which ik is normal for the first Time. I went out today around the same time an there where no eggs. Shouldent they lay eggs at the same time everyday I'm worried about them binding up an my chickens dieing .

It is the beginning of there laying cycle so it will be wonky for the first week-amonth i wouldnt worry unless it progresses.

New layers are not consistent in production - their system is just starting to figure out what it's meant to do. It is very common to have an egg one day, take a day or two, then get the second egg, etc. It can take a few weeks for everything to really get rolling and things to become "normal". Are you providing adequate calcium now that they are laying?

They are on laying feed an they have gritt an I give them watermelon an bananas for treats every once in awhile

That's great - but I would suggest adding a supplemental calcium source such as oyster shell and/or crushed egg shells (once they are producing eggs consistently so you have shell available) - grit aids in digestion but the oyster shell gives them a ready source of calcium from which to draw from for the production of an egg shell, which takes an incredible amount of calcium from their body daily.

Ok so how do I give them the shells like when I use the eggs crush up the shell an put it in a bowl for them ?

You can crush your used shells and feed them back to your girls, but I think it would be a good idea to go buy a bag of oyster shell. Just feed it free choice, they'll know how much they need.

Edit: You could also whip up some scrambled eggs once in a while and crush the shells in there for a treat/boost. They'll love you for it.
