First eggs yesterday

Yesterday my wife found our first eggs. I believe it was from one of our RIR. We got day olds from tractors supply the last week of Feb. Two RIR and two EE hens. Yesterday was the first egg we have seen.
Very excited.

Thanks. The egg was as hard as a store bought egg. We use Dumor poultry layer pellets from tractor supply. We also let the chickens free range all day. That is all we do for them.

Just found another egg today.

Found egg # 3 today. Looks like both the rir are laying still no eggs from the ee.

Found two light green eggs yesterday. They were not in the nest boxes so I think at least one had been there a few days. Only one ee hen left to lay.
