Well, they finally did it... my girls (two of them) finally laid their first eggs today!!!
When I went to let the chickens out after work, I found an egg on either side of the nest boxes. (Now if only they would lay IN the nest boxes!) I have no idea who did it... the eggs are light brown, and 8 of my girls are light brown egg layers. Will post pics when my camera battery charges back up! yay!!!
