First Eggs

I found my first egg yesterday from my 13 week old chickens. It was green so I'm assuming it was the Americana. She laid it in the duck house. I would prefer they lay in their coop as they have a laying area near their sleeping quarters. Today I put 2 dummy eggs in there. Is this all I need to do?

The dummy eggs should work, just pick her up and set her in the nesting box, so she has an idea, might take a couple of times for her to get it. She is an early layer!!
