First ever hatch!

Hello there! I am about to do my first ever hatch. I ordered 19 eggs total: 2 lavender orpingtons, 4 swedish flower hens, 2 easter eggers, 2 blue and splash silkies, 3 randoms from the bantam pen, 2 white orpingtons, and 2 salmon faverolles from Papas Poultry. It turns out the blue and splash silkies were not available at the time so he sent me some more from the bantam pen. I'm so excited! Hopefully they will be here tomorrow. I have the incubator all ready to go. It's a hovabator 1602n and it was a still air but I added a CPU fan.

I'm so excited! Lol they're probably my favorite kind of chicken. At least look wise. The Swedish Flower hens are pretty too though

I got the eggs a little while ago. I got 29 total, so 10 extras. I'm so excited! I'm letting them rest now, I'll put them in the bator around 8 pm tonight and I think I'm gonna stuff some under my broody hen Elaine. Let me just say the packing was wonderful! I am very pleased

Woohoo! I'm going to be putting 9 eggs from my friends (black Australorps) into my homemade incubator this evening also. We can count down to hatch together.

Oh yay a hatch- a - long! Do you know what days to candle on? I've heard not to do it every day but I'll probably have to sit on my hands to stop myself.
