Wow. I never thought...well let's just say that I counted my blessings...for never having any trouble with my flock..but one of my hens was very listless this morning and upon picking her up felt her very squishy crop. I (of course) went online and read to hold her upside down and massage. I went right out and worked her crop...out it came. Gross! It even gushed from her eyes. I felt so bad. I can't get her to eat or drink. I tried dropper....nothing. I attempted yogurt...nothing...she is an a warm place with shavings and some food and water. I am going to go check on her in a few minutes....any advice?
