First fresh egg from a Chicken!

My girls have been laying for over a month now and I still haven't tried them. I dont know why I can't get myself to eat them. I've just been giving them away. My 8 year old son has cooked himself some and loved them. Why can't I get myself to eat them??? Im not a super egg eater anyway. But I feel like I'm such a loser for raising chickens and not even wanting to eat their eggs.

It’s ok. Just go ahead and do it. I did the same thing... in the beginning. Just keep in mind that they are smaller than grocery store eggs... they are about three bites.
