First green egg!

Our easter eggers have been the last to start laying but FINALLY we got our first green egg today! Here is a pic, the white egg is store bought, pinkish is from a buff orpington, and brown is from a barred rock. Hooray!

Nice to have this varietyof colors!! I am still waiting for my 8 month old EE to lay an egg.....The GLW's that are the same age have all been laying for a while......I want green eggs....

I felt like they might wait forever! They're 28 weeks and the Orpingtons and BRs have been laying since around 19 weeks, they SLWs got started a few weeks ago.

NICE! I want green eggs! My easter eggers gave me some light tan w/ a hint of blue/green. Not green like yours. I'm jealous.

yiipchick I'm guessing you have an Araucana: (we have 3 among our flock of 9) and this mornings collection looked exactly like your photo. Anyone know if any other breeds lay green eggs??
