You should join the Easter Hatch-a-long. It just started, I think you would like it!So final count is 18 chicks, 1 wry neck, 1 weak in brooder, and one that just hatched appears a bit weak, Ill see how it is once it dries out. Now as soon as its dry the next set of 28 eggs will be going in. Ill make a new thread and Ill post the link here when I start it in case anyone wants to follow me again.![]()
Ok another video of CUTE FUZZY day old chicks!!! Don't forgot to maximize it and click the HD button (or the little spoke wheel icon 2 to the left of the maximize button. I never knew this as here till hubby showed me now I watch everything in HD!) so it is better quality!
Thank you so much. I went and got the wry neck chick Poly vi sol and gave her a few drops already, we all see if it improves.

Hello Pam,YAY! So excited to see the news from yesterday (I left the house 6AM and didn't get home til 9PM--my Mon/Wed are like that when I work 2 jobs, ugh.) I am so happy that you had so many hatch, especially since it seemed there were so many question marks along the way. I have learned a lot from your questions and all the replies. I hope the later hatches will start to thrive for you! I will definitely be following your next hatch. Today is day 3 in our Brinsea Octagon 20 for 14 Welsummer and 10 Olive Eggers (the eggs are already olive, so who knows)--all of them were shipped. I must have missed it somehow, but do you have an autoturner? And if you do, how are you fitting so many eggs? We were ready to put more in, but 24 is all that would fit. (The OE eggs were enormous!) Hope you have a great day with your babies! Off to work again for me . . .Pam![]()
Thank you much!I'm sure I missed the pictures. I'll have to scroll back when I have time. After our Easter hatching of the purchased eggs, we're going to hatch out some of our own, so I will check it out to be able to put more of our own in. They'll be Ameraucana, Easter Egger, Buttercup, Barred Rock mutts!Wishing your little chickies good health!
