First hatch, first chick...is this normal? Or should I worry?

It seems a bit is still hanging on...about 1 hr after hatch. She/He seems to be getting weaker instead of stronger.

I have searched, and some places seem to say leave it alone, and others say you can assist and unattach from egg?

Thoughts?

This was completely unassisted. Pipped right at the full 21 day hour mark. 14 hours later, hatched.
