First hatch, first chick!

There's three eggs left in the incubator. One has a small hole and I see a beak now and then. The other two haven't pipped yet. But, no harm giving them a chance for a few more days.

Well, I would take him out either way so he can start walking in the brooder to strengthen his legs. It's best if he isn't knocking the other eggs around too much.
