First hatch, need advice about one ducklinh

So i have five eggs that externally piped yesterday morning. 3 are hatched out and doing swell. One is completely out of the egg but the belly button doesnt look so great. The other is still attached to the shell and the belly button looks about the same. Im worried this could be harmful. Any one have this issue before?
