Well, since I posted this morn, two have started hatching. One is quite a bit progressed (I guess I missed it), one is a pip.

Good for you! I always worry right up to the last minute. Do a google search for "water candling". I sometimes do that for eggs that are 3+ days overdue. Sometimes, there is still someone moving in there. Good luck!

I water candled and had 8 floating AND moving.

15 were floating, and 6 were duds. One chick is out of her shell and walking it off. The other is head and one foot out. She is actually the one who started first, but seems to be having more trouble. I'm worried, but keeping my hands off. SO exciting!!!
