Thank you! I feel bad since it’s a single chick right now to take it out of the incubator. There’s another that looks like it will hatch over night. There are 2-3 others that have external pips.Since it just hatched today it will be perfectly fine waiting for a bit in the incubator, especially if you have external pips on the other eggs, it's better to wait to keep the humidity more consistent for the pipped chicks. The peeping will also encourage the other chicks to hatch. Chicks can technically wait up to 72 hours after hatch as they will be able to live off of the absorbed yolk but I usually take them out once they're dry and the activity in the incubator has slowed. Update! 9 out of the 11 have hatched so far. Number 12 had a candeling incident a week into incubation. RIP. I have one egg that hasn’t pipped yet either. Hoping a little more time but if not 10 out of 11 for my first time I’ll take it
