This girl had been sitting for longer than 21 days, however, we had some nest swapping and hens laying extra eggs under her before I closed off her and another broody so my days could be off. She still has several eggs under her, she barely let's me move her to check. The other girl has one left. They have had some break and they have kicked some out, all have appeared "off/bad" which I have heard they can sense. Anxiously waiting to see what happens. I saw this just now, one egg cracked and two little holes starting...good sign or bad? It looks wet under her, maybe another broke or would there be some liquid at hatch?

It's hard to tell from that picture, but it looks broken, not hatching. There can be a LITTLE liquid in the hatching process if the humidity was too high during setting. Yellow liquid is usually yolk and isn't good. The yolk should be fully absorbed by the time the chick zips.
