First Incubation!!- about to start tonight with some ?s

Turn them three times a day mark one side so u know which have been turned..

Find one with a good star rating... like I said the one inside is the same one I have and it’s works fine for me.. do they both have fresh batteries in them

What is the difference now...

98.1 the wire one sitting on top of the eggs and 100.6 the thermPro. With the turner not working do I leave the eggs on it and then like flip them 180 (upside down) each time of take the turner out and lay them on their sides and turn them that way?!

Is the turner tilted it looks like it. If so you could just rotate them on it. Your temps are not horrible they both dropped by 1.4 degrees. I say raise it a tiny bit, try to get the one to at least 99 Buy another one as quickly as possible and that should tell you which is the more accurate one.

any suggestion on another thermometer I could order off amazon?!

After talking to the guy that gave me the incubator I decided before I went to bed to go ahead and removed the auto turner and turn them in the process. So I had the thermopro thermometer laying on top of the wire screen and the wires probe of the other one right on top of an egg and they flip flopped?! As in now the wire one is measure hotter than the thermopro.
This morning I got up and the wire was at 103 and the other was at 99.5 so as I turned them I dropped it a tiny bit and put the wire probe right on top of the thermopro. An hour later here’s where I’m at:
