Waiting, waiting, and more waiting but by the way her belly looks it should be any day now....The puppies are just rolling now, and shes got milk like whoa....Looks like little aliens trying to pop out of her.....her no no is swollen, the puppies look like they have dropped a little and her back end is mushy so I think it will be this week some time

If you have not started, begin your temperature chart. Take temp as soon as you get up in the morning, noon, 6 pm, and right before you go to bed. Buy a new digital thermometer for this purpose. You will see a pattern after a few days, and you will be more able to recognize and spot the temp drop signaling whelping within 24 hours if you take it religiously in this manner.

Congrats on your dog having pups..... my dog is also preggo, she is a Cattledog and is 45 days, the father was a Ridgeback, and like you I get to keep one.... so exciting !!!

I've got one of our labs ready to whelp anytime. We should start a late night hair pulling support group. I hate the waiting game.

My girl is up and down, nesing up a storm, hiding her face in her blackets, temp dropped yesterday night then rose this afternoon. She is just not following "normal" stages.

This is my first time breeding this girl so at least we will know what to expect during her future possible litters.

Sigh... I hope your girls dont make you too crazy.

The rise is normal. I would watch her closely overnight, and consult your vet if you don't have puppies or serious labor by morning. Also if you see any sort of discharge that is not CLEAR without corresponding labor.

Nothing much going on now today is her 59th day and shes HUGE

......Shes becoming more aggressive to other people but she sticks close to my hip....I think shes gonna be one mean mommy lol....shes been leaking a little mucus for a day its not much just a little they said on the internet its her mucus plug
