First Night in the Coop

Well... My girls are spending their first night in the coop. I'm pretty nervous about it but they should be fine. We live in the middle of town for cryin' out loud! Sure, they're 8 weeks old but they're still my babies!!

It's so nice when they go out for the first time. If you are anything like me you will not sleep tonight and will have to go outside at least once to check on them during the night.

IF it ever warms up here,can't wait to put mine out side!!!!To chilly here for that yet!!!! Not chicks but need to grow a bit more for 24/7 outside running! Can't wait!!! Kevin

Put mine out last week was cold so i had 2 heat lamps they were fine but I wish it would warm up

It looks like everyone did just fine last night. I went to get them in tonight and they don't seem to realize they can go up the ramp to get in the roost. They were all huddled up in the corner of the pen. How do I get them to figure it out?
