First night in the coop :(

I'm so nervous!! We just had a snake start to swallow one of my ducklings a couple nights ago and now all 14 chicks and 2 ducks are in their coop for the first night. Plus we have tons of raccoons. The run and coop are pretty raccoon and possum free and even though I patched the hole the snake came through I am still so worried. I keep thinking I am going to have a few missing and am going to have to clean up bodies tomorrow morning

I used to put a flood light out near my chicken coop and it was pretty good at keeping the raccoons and other varmints away, but the snake....not sure what to do with that.
