First night outside

We just got our coop and run done today. And today will be the first time our 5 week old duckling will be outside… I’m so nervous..

I have chickens and when I put the outside at 5 weeks, they cried when it got dark, but I put them all into the new coop and they were fine.

I did both. After the first week I had to continue putting them in at night because they were terrified of the ramp

I wish I could post a video because they dive bombed off the ramp this morning. I guess I’m going to have to pick them up and up them to bed.

My coop is also about 2.5 feet off the ground, so it must have been scary for little birds!
