What happened? Have you treated them yet?
I am going through a similar thing with my small flock. They had bloody runny poops and were lethargic. I gave them yogurt to coat their tummies and some of the leftover medicated chick starter. I put them on Corid liquid as soon as I could find it. I also completely cleaned out the coop and scrubbed it down. I used soap and water and the Poultry Protector instead of bleach because I don't want to relocate them while they are ill and they will just reinfect the area with all that bloody poop. I will scrub down with bleach when they are better and I can put them out for awhile. After they went to bed in the coop, I cleaned out the run and sprayed it down with the poultry protector stuff. It's an enzyme. It's probably useless against cocci which is in the soil but it makes everything clean and makes me feel better, like I am doing something. I keep removing any bloody diarrhea that I see. I just scoop it out, spray the area with the enzyme, and put down fresh shavings. This way I can tell more easily if they are getting better since all the evidence (poop!) is new. It's been a few days and they do seem better.
If I ever see bloody poop again, my chickens are going right on the Corid treatment with no delay. I am assured it will not hurt them if they don't have it. If did have worms instead, I could always treat them for that after I know there is no cocci or other fast killing illness. The worms will make them feel unwell but is unlikely to damage or kill them before they can have cocci treatment.
I also gave them a dish of minced garlic and they ate it! I was surprised.
