First pictures of chicks now that they are about a week old

Cute little fuzz butts. I put them in this basket so I could change out their brooder and before I knew it they were all perched on the basket rim. Then one by one they fell off back into the basket. Guess they don't have much balance yet.

Cute as a button! The first chicks I ever got, called Golden Buffs, looked just like that. They're excellent layers! Lucky you!
