First pip! How long until zipping starts? HELP!

One is dried out and fluffed, the other with the membrane is still drying, I did get the membrane off, ever so gently. Thanks for all the help, I just love this site. I feel like a new mom. I am ready for my second hatch, lol!!!!!!!!!!

I too have pipping, eggs rolling and one is cracked so far. Started rolling this morning, cracked around 6.15pm tonight and i hear little pips every now and then. Day 21 is Saturday, so I am waiting!
