Tonight at 11 pm, it will have been 21 days,Been in lockdown for 3 days, and today was supposed to be the big day.All day long I have waited for a sign, but no movement or noise.Than 5 minutes ago i peered in through the foggy window and saw my first pip in my homemade incubator!!!! Yay! Hope he makes it all the way out soon. Im scared to death of"shrinkwrapping". Will post as the action happens...

I noticed it hasnt piped through the membrane, just the egg shell. Is this ok? How long till he comes through that outter membrane? Like I said, my biggest fear is shrink wrapping. The humidity is 73% right now, but dropped to 55 earlier this morning and now Im a tad worried.... just First time hatcher worries?

First baby is out of the shell finally, but very exhausted.Second one is piped and peeping. First little guy cant seem to get his footing and is flopping around. He can see me through the fogged up window and keeps peeping and bumping himself against the window to get to me, so Im blocking it to where he cant see me. I hope the other one hatches soon so he wont be so lonely...
