First pipped egg (yay!) Question!!

This might sound silly (totally new to hatching), but the eggs sitting under my broody seem to be a bit dirty. Is that going to affect hatching or the health of the chicks? Ifeel silly for even asking but i honestly haven't a clue. Tomorrow is day 21.. fingers crossed we have healthy chicks when we wake!
