I like your way of thinking. Lol. And totally get it. I have been blessed with some good neibors the last few years. But we rent so every once in a wile we get a problem one. There are 5 mobile homes and a house on the lot that's just a little over 5achers. Wendy Ms.Libby and my family have been here for years. We respect each others right to live how we want to. The other 3 trailers do get rented from time to time but know one really lasts long. They are very old and small places. I think maybe 12×40'. And no AC or heat. No washer or dryer hook ups. And honestly to pricey for what you get. So they stay. Vacant a lot. And every once in a wile we get that neibor that you want to kill. We get them gone quick. We had a guy move in to one this February. He move out in may but left his roomy. Our land Lord just let this guy take over the rent. This guy moves in a gal and her 6 small kid. Then procedes to let the 5 that can walk(3 still in diapers) out to play unsupervized. Every day. These kids would though things at the animals. Climb on your cars. Back talk if you got onto them. I never met the mom and never saw her get onto them. I'd tell the oldest child to go get her and he'd just run off. When I'd talk to the man he acted like he couldn't speak much english and didn't understand. They didn't cut the grass all summer. Then broke the lawn mower my son let them about 2 weeks ago after only cutting the driveway area in front of the door. They just put it in my yard and said nothing about breaking it. Then I caught him putting their trash in my can in the middle of the night. Twice. The police showed up a few times. When I paid the rent on the first. She asks how is every thing going with your new neibor? And Politly asked her to a dress these concerns I had. Wendy and Ms Libby told me she asked them the same thing when they paid rent. I know Wendy told her about all the beer cans along the drive way we all share just showing up every few days then Saterday they just packed up and left. In just a few short months they destroyed the place. She went in it yesterday when I told her I think they moved out. Its trashed. Holes in walls trash and dirty close every wear and dirty diapers in piles and bugs and dirty dishes on every surface in the kitchen. She said it will be a wile befor She gets it all fixed up to rent again. And she's got people today cleaning it out. I asked her if they just skipped out on her. She said she called him and said some thing about the grass with all the snakes and gators around. And told him he had till the week end to cut it. And she'd be by to inspect the property later in the week. She told us not to worry it will all get cleaned up and today they are all out there cleaning. I hope it stays vacant for a long time.

Sorry about your hens! I have been worried a bit for our birds too with the heat, but they know exactly where to go at what time of day to find the best shade.

Dinner sure tried hard to work his way into our hearts. He HAD to be held as a poult. He has certainly won a place in our hearts, and indeed if he were a she, he would not be the guest of honor in November.

My mother in law had a light stroke a couple of nights ago.82 yrs old and still works. My wife (with my blessings ) has been with her mom.we live about 35 miles away. Her 5 sisters and one brother who live with in blocks of their mom have CALLED to check on her. My wife wonders why I DON'T like her family.
