First Run of Cornish Cross Meat Birds and Super Excited!

I've been considering replacing the Scx with a production brown egger. I have enough of the hybrids to continue my experiments. Im going to hold off on anything drastic until my flock of leghorns start laying

Been thinking about a movable pen for a while for a breeding group of chickens or Lambs etc.
Picked this 50mtr Of Electric Poultry Netting with gate & energiser for £50.
Bargain

Dave I was out in the chicken pen gathering eggs, happened to glance in at the hybrids. The barred rock cross is REALLY coming along. I've already made up my mind that I'm keeping all the barred crosses. They seem to beat the others hands down.

The small ones built into the fence are just push in, but I use the step in posts to reinforce it a bit.

These Electric Poultry fence kits at 50 Mts normally sell at £200 so even though I don't really need one now I was having it
