First Run of Cornish Cross Meat Birds and Super Excited!

Will probably send the surplus hybrids to camp sometime this weekend. The last two camp days I skinned and cut them up separating the white and dark meat. This time I will be doing the old boil and pluck. Gonna put them into shrink bags.I ordered a batch a while back. I will of course post pictures and the process weights. Maybe.lol
 
My French Sasso hybrids look to be breeding true

I haven't weighed them but for 4 weeks they are very meaty.

I was unsure of the Sasso x Marans cross but they are widening up now and holding some meat much better than the pure Cuckoo Marans.
