OK if I start a meat breeding thing this is the breed I am using. I crossed a Welsummer roo over these Brahmas and the cockerel from it is HUGE!!

I had a black angus bull and a limousine heifer. The bull I made the mistake of playing head butt with when he was still on milk ( I had to feed him,mother hit by truck) it was fun and games till he started running over me.lol
