First Run of Cornish Cross Meat Birds and Super Excited!

Bummer Red Nugget. Sorry.

Daskhan and red nugget, I think you should delete the posts with that joke. Unless, you want to be on double secret probation. I know the moderators will not find the humor in it.

I would hate to see you gone for having it posted or repeating it here....

Back to the toad names. I like the idea of adding to the name.

I have  "rainbow toads".......    If I cross them with my Creamettes I would have " Creamed toads"

RIR  would be "red toads"

BA would make  "black toads"

Leghorns would be  "horny Toads"

White rocks could be  " Rocky Toads"

Red rangers would be "Ranger Toad"    or  " toad rangers"

If  Holm could get his Muscovy's to breed with a CX we would have  "squirting toads".

So what would you call a silkie CX Mix. I just found the murders evedence. The neibor who's house they went to the other day. About 6 houses down the main road. She now has a bloody lab and feathers all over her back yard. She feels horrible. But it was Herb that got out and went to her place. And I guess the dog ws doing what comes natural.

Isn't a Muscovy a duck?

I have no idea. Ducks are a waterfowl.

Waterfowl are banned for eternity from my place.  Some poorly behaved geese ruined it for all waterfowl.
I think I'll ask Holmes next time he's on line.
There is this old man about a mile down the street that has a bunch of silkies and a couple of Peacocks. And I've seen some geese there too. But I also notist he has 3 New additions. Almost as tall as the peacocks and same body stile but as white as the CX. I haven't met him yet. But I am wondering if they are crosses of some kind. I might just go be neighborly/nosey. I was told the city was trying to make him get rid of them but he got to keep his birds cause he had them way before they annexed our road into the city. I've never heard of white peacocks but that's what they look like.
