Did you wash it? I think pink/purple coloring on eggs is due to the bloom...

I did wash it. And from what I've read your correct These are still young birds. I won't try and hatch ANYTHING until spring

It's not white. it's a real light brown.

Jessica, I know you know I have a prejudice against waterfowl. Ducks no matter how dry the pasture you raise them on are waterfowl.


First the video is cute and almost looks like duck propaganda. You will not get me to get some with that stuff!! I am resolved.

Second, way too many ducks, way way way too many. But they are cute in the propaganda piece.

However, how do you dare walk in flip flops in that pasture ever again? I doubt latex socks would even help. What if the latex breaks? How do you clean the flip flops.
