To date every spotted chick has been female. How did you know?

My CX hen produced 100% pullets with one spot or more. None were solid white, no cockbirds born with spots. You have a sex link!!!

That could just be a one time thing too. It would have to be repeated to be a sex link I think. The chances of autosexing trait are extremely slim but would be cool.

Ralph it's something I noticed very early on with the welp slow grow broilers. I just never snapped. I do have spotted hens.lol To date not one that I can recall has ever been a male.
I would have gave it a pass on the camp bus.
