First Swap - HELP needed!

I have week old button and coturnix quail and I wondered if anyone could give me insight into pricing for a swap this weekend?
They have color variations, are some more pricey then others or all the same?
Can you sex to sell as a pair or is it the luck of the pick?
If you can sex them, how? HA

I can't sex them at that age. Prices vary in different places, also by the time of year. Prices are highest in spring. Coturnix that age, maybe $1-2 dollars each.
