First Time Chickens

Last month we decided to take the plunge and finally get some chicks, and the sweet, fluffy babies arrived today! We picked up from our farmer's co-op today one of each: Light Brahma, Barred Plymouth Rock, Partridge Plymouth Rock, Araucana, Golden Sex Link, and one white Silkie Bantam. These little ones will be pets. Egg-laying, insect-eradicating pets. Please wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it!!
